Meet the Team: Corina Fusco

We're highlighting some of the amazing people who make up our Planet. Today, let's get to know Corina Fusco.

What originally got you interested in working here?

The people! I remember during my interview process being a bit nervous to start off in the corporate world but the team was so nice and welcoming. I knew it would be a good group to start off with and here I am 10 years later.

How have you grown in your career with TPG?

I've learned about technology and how to best help our clients find talent in a competitive market, helped with training new sales members, interviewing prospective teammates, and even had the chance to manage a small sales team myself.

What has been your career highlights at TPG so far?

I think my highlight at TPG would be having the opportunity to help manage new salespeople right out of college and give them the advice I had from my time in their shoes.

What advice would you give to aspiring individuals looking to enter the Recruitment industry?

It's a challenging and rewarding industry to be in. If you're a hard worker and willing to put in the time, it is personally and financially rewarding.

In one sentence, describe why someone should consider a career at TPG?

There is unlimited potential for growth and success - you get out what you put in.

Why do you think the TPG model makes our business so successful?

TPG is a very well-rounded recruiting firm. Within our tech space alone we're specialized in helping with all types of tech need, provide staffing services, and keep expanding our capabilities.

How supportive has TPG been in allowing you to achieve your own personal goals?

I have a manager who I've worked with almost all my time here. She's amazing and really understands my goals and can look out for my personal and professional successes.
