Key Challenges
The client needed to fill a critical vacancy within their organization. Their Maintenance Manager, who oversaw a host of operations such as production and packaging, recently left the company – causing inefficiencies across production.
Filling this position came with its handful of difficulties. Since they’d be managing a significant, high-speed baking facility, the candidate needed to have extensive experience with large scale food manufacturing. More specifically, the ideal candidate would have experience with industrial and ammonia refrigeration.
The client’s internal talent acquisition team was unable to find someone with proper skillset on their own. Thus, the organization turned to The Planet Group to help close the position.
