How long have you been with TPG?
I have been with Planet for 4 years and 4 months.
How have you grown in your career with TPG?
I’ve really enjoyed partnering closely with Workday and its customers as a Certified Staffing and AMS Partner. Working toward a shared goal and mission has been an incredible experience.
What originally got you interested in working here?
I was drawn to TPG because it was Workday’s first globally Certified and recognized Staffing Partner and AMS Partner.
What’s your favorite part of the workday?
My favorite part of the day is the morning. After meditating, journaling, and enjoying a fresh cup of coffee with my pups at my feet, I feel recharged and ready to take on the day.
What have been your career highlights at TPG so far?
Some of my top highlights have been attending Workday Rising, achieving President’s Club, participating in SKO, and sharing meals with our customers.
What advice would you give to someone entering the recruitment industry?
Be patient, listen first, and have plenty of grit — and coffee!

What’s been your favorite TPG event or gift?
I loved the summer pup bandanas! My dogs adore accessories — especially our Golden Retriever, Miller.

How supportive has TPG been in helping you achieve personal goals?
TPG has been incredibly supportive, giving me the space and encouragement to grow both personally and professionally.
Where do you see your career progressing at TPG?
Anywhere — the sky’s the limit.
If you could travel anywhere, where would it be?
I would travel to Ireland. It’s on my husband Reece’s and my bucket list — we’d love to experience the culture, scenery, and Guinness.
What’s one thing clients or candidates might not know about you?
I am the eldest of four and a very proud big sister.
