Program Management Support for a Major Gas System Modernization

The Planet Group provides project management and construction management support for our client’s 10-year Natural Gas Delivery Plan. This includes providing project managers and construction managers for the rebuilding of city gate and meter / regulator stations, storage field I/W well remediation, compressor station upgrades and the enhanced infrastructure replacement program to upgrade their distribution system.

We are also providing construction management talent for a new transmission pipeline known as the Mid-Michigan Pipeline, a two-phase $550 million project consisting of 55 miles, 36” pipeline.

The Planet Group assembled a team of over 30 CMs and PMs for various phases of the program including safety, quality, scope, schedule and budget. We are also conducting field record audits in advance of PUC field audits which has resulted in no PUC findings of non-compliance.  All of our CMs are OQ-certified for the work that they are field managing.
