- 75% of clients rated The Planet Group a 9 or 10 out of 10, compared to an industry average of 55%.
- The company earned a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 70% from clients, well above the industry benchmark of 45%.
- 76.2% of placed candidates rated The Planet Group a 9 or 10 out of 10, exceeding the industry average of 50%.
- The company achieved a Net Promoter Score of 68.9% from candidates, more than double the industry average of 30%.
