Strategic HR leader joins Planet to accelerate talent strategy, culture, and growth
WESTLAKE, OH (September 16,2025) — The Planet Group (“TPG”), a portfolio company of Odyssey Investment Partners and a leading global provider of strategic staffing and advisory solutions, today announced the appointment of Kathleen Vegh as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). In this role, Vegh will oversee Planet’s global people strategy, including human resources, culture, employee engagement, and legal.
Vegh is a seasoned strategic HR executive with deep expertise in employee experience and engagement across global SaaS organizations. She has a proven track record of designing and delivering people strategies that accelerate business growth, increase profitability, and position companies as top employers of choice. Known as a trusted partner to executive leadership, Vegh is recognized for aligning talent strategies with business goals, building purpose-driven cultures, and empowering high-performing teams.
Prior to joining Planet, Vegh held senior leadership roles at Hyland, where she advanced global employee-experience initiatives, strengthened leadership effectiveness, and drove programs that enhanced culture and retention at scale. She holds a degree from Ohio University.
