In 2022, the client launched a large-scale transition from Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) to Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP. This complex, multi-year initiative required:

Leadership and configuration of new Oracle Cloud modules across multiple business functions
End-to-end continuity in critical areas such as Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Customer Service
Build-out, testing, and operationalization of functional frameworks and workstreams—within a remote, distributed delivery model
