Carl Williams serves as Global Head of Delivery for The Planet Group's staffing divisions, with a sharp focus on scaling best practices, accelerating recruitment technology adoption, strengthening training and onboarding, and driving data-informed processes across the business.

Carl joined The Planet Group through its first acquisition in 2018 and brings more than 20 years of talent and staffing experience to his role. He has held several leadership positions during his tenure, leading recruitment teams across enterprise applications, ERP, core IT, and creative and digital marketing, while supporting the organization through periods of growth, integration, and operational change. Earlier in his career, Carl served in the United States Marine Corps, where he developed a leadership approach rooted in teamwork, accountability, and mission execution.
