Prior to joining The Planet Group, Kathleen spent nearly two decades at Hyland, where she most recently served as VP, Global Human Resources.There, she led global programs that strengthened leadership effectiveness, advanced employee engagement initiatives, and contributed to an impressive 93%employee retention rate.

Kathleen holds a bachelor’s from Ohio University and is a Board-Certified Leadership Coach (BCC).
