Jeff Bonci oversees the strategy and operations of The Planet Group’s Accounting & Finance and Human Resources staffing services. In addition to helping expand Planet’s national footprint, Jeff leads a team of nearly 100 staffing professionals and brings more than 15 years of experience in relationship building, solution selling, and business strategy.

Prior to joining The Planet Group, Jeff served as Managing Director at Collabera, a digital-first engineering and technology talent leader, where he helped increase billing by 500% and built a multi-region sales team. Earlier in his career, he held senior management, sales, and recruiter positions with Insight Global, a full-service staffing agency.

Jeff holds a bachelor’s degree from Stonehill College in Easton, Massachusetts, and actively volunteers with the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
