Mark Bonachea leads sales for The Planet Group’s advisory and technology solutions, overseeing go-to-market strategy, business development, and strategic partnerships across the organization’s AI-native solutions, Workday Application Management Services (AMS), and Microsoft managed services offerings. In his role, Mark focuses on accelerating growth, strengthening partner relationships, and helping clients navigate complex technology challenges through innovative, outcome-driven solutions.

Mark joined TPG in 2022 and brings more than 25 years of experience in enterprise technology deployment, support services, and strategic sales leadership. With deep expertise in ERP, HCM, and payroll technologies, including more than 15 years focused on the Workday platform, he has built and led global service organizations supporting more than 300 Workday customers. Prior to joining the firm, Mark held leadership positions at CrossVue, Avaap, Alight Solutions, and Capgemini.

Mark holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Management Information Systems from Florida International University.
